We want you to feel the ultimate comfort of your Lola Blanket, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window for all unwashed and unused items. Our goal is to ensure your home remains your sanctuary with products you truly love.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Item

  Carefully place your blanket in its original packaging to ensure it remains clean and protected during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
